How about a 2x2 Neapolitan Cake?!

Puzzle # 71: Battenburg Overlapping Killer Sudoku!

G'day! I had an idea the other day to try and set a variant Sudoku I have solved quite a few Sudoku GP puzzles of but never set a puzzle for. The result is this really amazing Battenburg Overlapping Killer Sudoku which I set over 2 days and just finished test solving. It's one of my more challenging puzzles due to the unusual Killer Sudoku cages, so please do take a moment to read the rules before you tackle this puzzle :)

Rules:

- Normal sudoku rules apply.

- Battenburg rules: Everywhere 2 odd and 2 even digits form a 2x2 chessboard pattern, a Battenburg marking is given - i.e., there is a negative constraint where no such marking is given.

- Overlapping Killer rules: Normal Killer Sudoku rules apply - digits must not repeat in cages and must sum to the given total. Some cages in the grid are overlapping and thus some cells are common to one or more cages - e.g., r2c23 is common to both the 13 cage and the 20 cage, r8c3 is common to ALL FOUR of the cages in b7 and c4 of b8. Tread carefully!
