Puzzle # 70: Outside Variant Sudoku!

G'day! After a recent video by SudoKanard on a new book by Akash Doulani, I was inspired to do an Outside Sudoku. The thing is, I quite like both 123 and 234 variants, so naturally, I asked myself "Why not both?!" And here we are! Please enjoy this Outside 123 or 234 Sudoku which I set a few days ago in a few hours. I'd like to thank RP for test solving my puzzle only 14 hours ago or so!

Rules:

- Normal sudoku rules apply.

- Outside rules: Outside clues represent digits that appear EITHER:

    a) in the 1st 3 cells in the corresponding row/column (Outside 123 Sudoku), OR,

    b) in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th cells in the corresponding row/column (Outside 234 Sudoku)
